Each year over 100 JP staff members come together to lead our summer camps! These JP Staffers and volunteers come from all over the country to serve in ministry with the Jeremiah Project. Our staff members who are called and committed to running JP throughout the year are our Executive Director, Project Assistant, and Student Ministry Consultant.
Todd is the co-founder and the Executive Director for the Jeremiah Project. He served in the local church ministry for 10 years before God gave him the vision to begin the Jeremiah Project in 1997. He, along with youth leaders Rev. Abi Foerster and Barbara Russell, created what continues today as one of the premier mission organizations. Although Todd is passionate about - and committed to - ministering to students, Todd's first passion is being a Godly husband and a dedicated & loving father to three wonderful girls. Todd and his family live in Williamsburg, VA and worship at New Town UMC.
Todd contributed a chapter (A Holistic Approach to Work Camps) and appendix (The Importance of Engaging Jr. Highers in Short-Term Missions) for a new book that was released on January 2, 2020:

Nancy first staffed with Jeremiah Project in 2008, the summer after her freshman year of college. Since then, she has served almost every summer – starting as a Young Adult, moving up to Assistant Camp Director, and then Camp Director. From 2013 to 2016, she also served on the Board of Directors as Secretary. Jeremiah Project has meant so much to her over the past ten years. She loves to see the way God works through the ministry in the lives of students, leaders, and its own staff. Outside of JP, Nancy’s passion is her family – her husband, Donovan and their sons, Henry and Elias (Eli). They live on a small cattle farm in Amissville, Virginia.
Justin first staffed with Jeremiah Project in the summer of 2011. He has served in numerous roles since then – starting as a Young Adult Staff, Worship Leader, and Program Director. Seeing the gospel change the lives of the middle school students, leaders, staff, and those they serve, is why Jeremiah Project means so much to him. Justin currently serves as the Trinity Church Oceanfront Campus Student Minister and has been working in student ministry for over eight years. Justin graduated from Old Dominion University with his Bachelors in Music Education and Bethel Seminary with his Masters of Divinity.
Justin enjoys spending his time with his wife Katie, who he met through Jeremiah Project, their two children Cole and Eleanor, and local family. He also loves Jesus, his family, tacos, and pizza! Justin and his family reside in Virginia Beach, VA.
