Each year JP staff members come together to lead our summer camps! These JP Staffers and volunteers come from all over the country to serve in ministry with the Jeremiah Project. Our staff members who are called and committed to running JP throughout the year are our Executive Director and Project Assistant.

Todd Freneaux: Executive Director
Todd is the co-founder and the Executive Director for the Jeremiah Project. He served in the local church ministry for 10 years before God gave him the vision to begin the Jeremiah Project in 1997. He, along with youth leaders Rev. Abi Foerster and Barbara Russell, created what continues today as one of the premier student ministry organizations. Although Todd is passionate about ministering to students, Todd's first passion is being a Godly husband and a dedicated & loving father to three wonderful girls. Todd and his family live in Williamsburg, VA.
Todd contributed a chapter (A Holistic Approach to Work Camps) and appendix (The Importance of Engaging Jr. Highers in Short-Term Missions) for a new book that was released on January 2, 2020: 5 Views on Youth Ministry Short-Term Missions available HERE.

nancy lam: Project Assistant
Nancy first staffed with Jeremiah Project in 2008, the summer after her freshman year of college. Since then, she has served almost every summer – starting as a Young Adult, moving up to Assistant Camp Director, and then Camp Director. From 2013 to 2016, she also served on the Board of Directors as Secretary. Jeremiah Project has meant so much to her over the past fifteen years. She loves to see the way God works through the ministry in the lives of students, leaders, and its own staff. Outside of JP, Nancy’s passion is her family – her husband, Donovan, and their two sons.
