    VIRGINIA

    Type of Work: Innovative and immersive mission experience related to poverty in one of Virginia's poorest counties.  Construction projects such as building wheelchair ramps and stairs, painting, yard work, and general maintenance. Projects may also include working in a food pantry, and unique ministry opportunities with the elderly.


    June 23 - June 29: Jonesville, VA

    June 30 - July 6: Jonesville, VA


    Cost: $395.00 per person (bring one adult, skilled in construction, for FREE. Details on the registration form, available October 1).

    Virginia

    Type of Work: construction projects such as building wheelchair ramps and stairs, painting, yard work, and general maintenance. Projects may also include working in a food pantry, as well as unique ministry opportunities with the elderly. 


    July 14-20: Winchester, VA

    July 21-27: Winchester, VA

    July 28-August 3: Richmond, VA (Inner City Mission. Relational ministry with the homeless and elderly, as well as opportunities to serve with ministries that are already established in the Richmond, VA area: Shalom Farms, Rise Against Hunger, The UM Family Services, and more.   


    Cost: $395.00 per person. Registration begins October 1.

Projects may also include working in a food pantry, as well as unique ministry opportunities with the elderly. We also partner with The Potomac Center and the Burlington UM Family Services
